Support Groups in Acadiana

Support groups have become an important and widely available resource for people living with breast cancer.   They vary in their focus---some are information based educational groups; others are emotion focused and allow people to share their feelings.  Some are led by professionals and others are more informal.  It is important to find a support group that fits your individual needs.  Support groups are also a great resource for family members as well.  The following organizations can be contacted for information on community resources as well as for locating support groups.
