1. The 2011 Komen Acadiana Race for the Cure^® Mail-In Registration Form will be coming soon.

2. Print out the Mail-In Registration Form.

3. Complete the Mail-In Registration Form.

4. Mail the completed Mail-In Registration Form with your Race Registration Fee check made payable to Komen Acadiana to the following:
