If you would like to complete your registration via mail please follow these steps: 1. Download the 2010 Komen Acadiana Race for the Cure® Mail-In Registration Form here.
2. Print out the Mail-In Registration Form.
3. Complete the Mail-In Registration Form.
4. Mail the completed Mail-In Registration Form with your Race Registration Fee check made payable to Komen Acadiana to the following address: Komen Acadiana

Entry Fees:
$25 Early Registration on or before March 12th
$30 Late Registration March 13th-20th
$20 Kids for the Cure® (ages 12 & under)
$30 Sleep In for the Cure® (if you will be out of town or unable to attend, but still want to support our cause) Registration Deadlines: - Registrations received by March 11th - your packet (t-shirt & race bib) will be mailed to you.
- Registrations received after March 11th - you may pick up your packet on Friday, March 19th between 8am & 6pm at The Crown Room, 4607 Johnston Street in Lafayette or on Race Day starting at 7am.
- Teams registration deadline is March 10th.
NOTE: Breast cancer survivors registered by March 11th will receive their t-shirts and race bib in the packet mailed, but will need to pick up the survivor goodie bag at Packet Pickup on Friday or at the Race in the Survivor Tent on race day. Your pink race bib is required to claim your goodie bag.
